I had a prescription faxed over. I called around 1129 preemptively to ensure they had all the correct info. I wanted to make it go smoothly, quickly etc before I have to go to Toronto and then it would have to wait for the next day. Person on the phone ensured me that they would look out for it. Not a word for a while. I called to follow up/see if it was ready around 225 and they told me no and would check the fax machine. Low and behold it was there and they said give us an hour. I don’t know what’s happened to this pharmacy over the past few years but they never have my prescriptions in stock, they fill prescriptions incorrectly then gave such extreme grief when I have disputed what they’ve done. Staff has anger issues, ranting at me, punching computer keys aggressively and lecturing me as they reluctantly issue a refund. I’ve been a client of this pharmacy for over 25 years and I’ve transferred my prescriptions elsewhere. Have asked the management to contact me twice now and guess what. Nothing!!!!... read more
