The staff I interacted with provided conflicting information and were consistently rude. I called ahead and was told my prescription would be ready for pickup that evening, but when I arrived, I was informed it had not been filled and could not be picked up. Both the pharmacist and pharmacy assistant were unfriendly and impatient. These people need to get other jobs, they dont care.
Worst customer service in over 30 Th years of using the Loblaw’s pharmacy. The new pharmacist has no clues how to communicate with customers, I believe Loblaw’s pharmacy should train their pharmacists about customer service prior to putting them on the front line …it would make a huge difference for them and their customers…
As a regular medication consumer, I'm quite pleased with the assistance of the pharmacist
