Rude customer service. Stated my prescription number, which I picked up from this pharmacy a few years prior, and she spoke in a demeaning tone of voice that prescriptions don't start with #1, which mine clearly did. She said I need to go back to my specialist (8 month waiting list) to get the prescription refilled instead of her just consulting with the pharmacist and having them getting it refilled that way.
I went in for a walk in flu shot as the place across the street said they accept walk-ins but that I would need to call to schedule a time as they don't do walk ins on the weekend. The staff told me that I would most likely need to wait because they were short on staff but they were able to prioritize me ahead of schedule and the pharmacist administering it was incredibly fast and gentle, and on top of everything he was incredibly kind
Reviews are accurate. Awful place. Asked for my prescription to be filled, they gave me a time. When I went they had only filled one quarter of my prescription. Extra dispensing fees charged every time. Absolutely ridiculous.
Their pharmacy is so helpful and kind. Some are friendlier than others but they are all extremely busy.
Rude staff - no manners.
