The customer service is usually good at this Pharmacy. Today I went for a pickup and was served by the rudest individual ever! He was so darn rude that I told him I would never do any pick up on a Sunday... after calling him out for being rude, he responded with "I do not care, report me"... wish there was a zero rating!
I was visiting from Ottawa and needed a prescription renewal and they were very sweet and patient with getting my information so that I could pick it up at their store.
Worst customer service ever! Like how are the so incompetent! You tell them exactly what to look for and don't follow instructions and give you someone else's medication. Speaks in their mother tounge, they are the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They don't even deserve 1 star.
I visited the Loblaw pharmacy with my dad, a 75+ senior who has been a customer at this location for over 15 years. The first gentleman we spoke to was very friendly, as he already knew my dad when we got there, as he’s a regular. He told us to have a seat to wait for Reena, so she can process our blister pack.
