We have been using this pharmacy for years. It is extra convenient with the drive through option, plus they are always willing to give advice and answer my many questions. I am leaving this review today because Mercy went well above and beyond to accommodate our urgent request. Not only did she fill it in record time, she was also delightful to speak to and more than happy to help. This morning, I needed to drop off my paperwork from my dentist appointment. The pharmacy was supposed to open at 9 AM, but it wasn't open at all, and I waited for 20 minutes. This is the worst Superstore in Rothesay, ever.
Awful pharmacy. They were supposed to fill my prescription for 3 months at a time- they continuously shorted my amount (for years) making me go back multiple times to get the full prescription. On the last occasion- I go to pick up, and they tell me I already picked it up days before. I ask to see a receipt etc, they wouldn't provide. Smirky attitude trying to gaslight me that I must have forgot- I most definitely did not. So they either lost my medication or sold it to the wrong person on my insurance! Always very helpful staff, been using this location whole life! Called tonight around 7 to ask about prices for medications, the lady who awnsered was very patient and helpful!
