Staff have to learn how to manage traffic on both calls and on site customers; phone calls are left unanswered or put on hold for more than 30 minutes.
I won't be going back. Horrible! I fell hurt my leg and no xrays was requested and the doctor said its not broken. And to come back in a week or two. I go back with massive amount of pain.. looked touched my leg and said not broken. That day I took myself to pan am clinic . They were shock how swollen my leg was and no xrays was requested. The 1.9 star reviews are fitting. The pharmacist and staff that are working right now (Feb 6 at 4:50pm) are nothing short of illiterate and rude. I’ll be filing a complaint with the college. There’s no point in talking to the male manager at this location as it seems he’s scared of the females he works with. The Asian female pharmacist that’s working right now is the most rude individual I’ve ever dealt in my life. My son has autism and we only take medication and pill form. Can’t even get ahold of them on the phone right now. Goes to a busy signal and hangs up. How is a pharmacy inaccessible? It was also a huge pain to get my prescriptions transferred here and they even told me they didn’t have my meds for me when I went to pick them up. I had to ask to speak to the pharmacist and she finally found them. Incompetence.
Staff is kind and ready to fix mistakes. But, make sure you count your pills/ watch your liquid prescriptions. I was supposed to get seizure meds for my son, it said they filled 240 but only received 40 pills?!!? This isnt the first time either. They constantly try to scam on refills. Saying they gave them when I was given less. Even with my kids ammox antibiotic. They couldn't even finish the correct amount of days because they didn't give the right amount of it.
