The new pharmacist that was in today was very rude, didnt really seem like he wanted to help me, and was absent from the actual pharmacy for a long time making people wait
I was told that this is a relief pharmacist, and I see good reason for that. He is very rude, seems to be on his phone the whole time, and while I was waiting for something, he walked off to "fill his water bottle" and didnt return for over 15 minutes. The poor pharmacy assistant was running around like crazy trying to keep up with the demand. He was also refusing to pick up phone calls even though the pharmacy assistant was very busy assisting others. This person is nowhere near a professional and should be addressed. This ... read more
Never had issues filling up my prescription. My doctor send it to them and when is ready I get a text. Simple, they are not waisting my time.
Had my Doctor call in a prescription and they "have no record of receiving it." Very unprofessional.
Management has seemed to change recently. Staff seem to be running off their feet while the pharmacist is on his phone. Not professional at all.
