I should have read the reviews before selecting this pharmacy when I recently moved to the area. This pharmacy is the absolute worst! The first time they claimed they never received my prescription even though it had been sent in. Another time incorrect directions were given with medications. I was taking it incorrectly for two months until I spoke with my physician about it not helping my symptoms. Most recently, I called in to have a prescription filled. Brutal customer service. I saw the other 1 star reviews and thought how bad could it be. Its bad. There are 2 other pharmacies within a 5 minute drive (Shoppers & Save-On), go to one of those.
The most incompetent staff at any pharmacy I’ve ever been to. If I could give no stars, I would.
Tehy NEVER answer the PHONE!!!!
We only use this pharmacy due to it being within walking distance of our home, if it wasn't we would definitely not go here for our medications. Spent 30 min on hold and had my eldest call customer service only to have her on hold for another 15min before someone picked up only to tell her they just left? It is always difficult to get through to them on the phone and if they send in a request for refills to your doctor, make sure you follow up with your doctor.
