Tehy NEVER answer the PHONE!!!!
We only use this pharmacy due to it being within walking distance of our home, if it wasn't we would definitely not go here for our medications. Spent 30 min on hold and had my eldest call customer service only to have her on hold for another 15min before someone picked up only to tell her they just left? It is always difficult to get through to them on the phone and if they send in a request for refills to your doctor, make sure you follow up with your doctor. The staff was intimidating and rude, and the customer service was extremely poor.
Never answers their phone
This has to be the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. On multiple times prescription refill were phoned in the day before,then not ready. Also in the past was given the total wrong prescription. Wish I could give it no stars.
