Called to ask a question and was met with the worst customer service. The lady was not helpful, impatient, and hung up the phone on me. Please go to any other pharmacy!!!

If this place didn’t sell medicine, this place could be a circus. Terrible place with terrible service. Long waits. Zero empathy. Pharmacists who act like they are doctors.
Terrible reoccurring experiences - customer service is completely lacking - they rarely answer the phone and if you do manage to get through, having someone who speaks and understands English well is pretty much non existent. They rarely have my Rx on time, or have the full supply… I don’t mind going back to pick up the rest but it’s a constant issue. I called this morning to see about getting an emergency refill for my asthma inhaler as I live in Mission and was out here for the day. My fault for not noticing my inhaler getting low but the fires and smoke have had me using it more then usual. I wasted 15 minutes on the phone with someone who kept putting me on hold to “check” with the pharmacist.
