Indian woman was no help whatsoever. Can’t believe how downhill this place has gone.
Genuinely helpful pharmacists. I used to use another pharmacy but once last year they were out of one of my medications, and all they could offer was "Try another pharmacy". After calling several and not having any luck, I finally visited this pharmacy while shopping at Fortinos. The pharmacist took the time to explain that the medication was backordered and it was unlikely that any local pharmacy had any in stock. I've been going to this pharmacy since it opened. I've found the staff to be kind and helpful. It's true that the staff is behind the counter filling prescriptions and answering calls. Unfortunately, that's what needs to be done. When I read the nasty reviews, l have to laugh at those idiots who believe they're special and want to be waited on. Be patient and kind and wait your turn.
