Have had so many bad experiences since the new owners took over. Went in to get antibiotics and ear drops filled for a bad ear infection, told I could pick up in an hour. Went back 3 hours later and they said it would be another hour. They offered to deliver. Now here I am calling to confirm it would be delivered and them telling me it’s ready to be picked up. I recently attended to pick up my prescriptions. My doctor had decreased the dosage of the one prescription and I noticed prior to paying for the prescription that it was the wrong dosage. It took a number of attempts to explain to the pharmacist that the prescription was wrong. The pharmacist advised that she would fill the prescription but I would need to wait approximately 15 minutes. Since the new owners took over it’s been terrible. They over prescribed my daughters medication, they filled a generic version of my medication and when I asked why it was different they told me the doctor wrote the wrong prescription. I called my doctor and he explained it was generic instead of name brand which the pharmacy should have known. I find out today on November 9th that my sons paediatrician sent them a refill on October 25th , I had no idea, I thought I was waiting on the doctor. Nobody called me to tell me if t... read more

I waited 3 days and went 3 days in a row for a prescription that was faxed to that drug store. The fax was confirmed sent at the Dr.'s end that it had been sent. I went again today to check to see if it was in, and they still told me they couldn't find the fax. Very disappointed with all of the staff over there. They don't know what they're doing.
