Always a line up, rarely able to reach by phone and some days I can’t understand the staff. Done supporting superstore.
Worst pharmacy ive seen in my life. You're probably wondering why I have gone more than once and that is a dark question I ask myself
To the lady at the pick up counter you were late opening and had a line up of customers and then were rude to customers maybe you should hide yourself in the back and not be customer facing. Or find a new job.
Could easily be the worst pharmacy in Nova Scotia. I spent all day calling yesterday trying to refill a prescription. There’s been numerous times where I’ve called and no one picks up the phone.
If I could give a minus 10 I would. I was just treated horribly because I had a bad reaction to a pill. I certain didn't blame them for the pill. The girl I spoke to on the phone on Saturday was lovely and helpful. When I went back to pick up the new pill the 2 women who served my treated me like I was a criminal. I was told "well we can't tell you where the pill will come from the next time". And was very aggressive wanting to know what reaction I had.
