Staff have been good most of the time when I get prescriptions filled. Service times are good, not great, primarily due to understaffing. Many other pharmacies are similar in service and wait times. Will continue to use this service.
Whoever answered the phone on Sept 8 Tuesday at 11 am was absolutely rude ! No wonder they have a 1.5 star review. They don’t know their own job then get mad when you advise them then say thanks have a good day and click lol. Gross customer service. Was an Asian lady that answered.
tried to get through and 30 minutes on hold and gave up and no called me back to see if my prescription is ready from days ago.
Slow. Needs more staff.
