This place seems so unorganized. Staff are friendly but it feels like they are confused half the time when they try and find your prescription and some days you call ahead and give them several hours to get your medicine ready and when you show up to pickup it's either not ready or they haven't even started it. Switched to shoppers because of this.

This place has gotten very bad recently, at least the past 6 months. Always have tried being nice and understanding but I also work in the service industry and customers can only tolerate "We're short staffed" for so long. I always call ahead for prescriptions. They ask if there's a certain time I'd like to pick up in a day or two. I give them that time. No problem!
