Staff is friendly and store isn't too busy so it's really nice and relaxing to shop at.
Low stock on hand, many items seem to require ordering in. The pharmacy is not open on weekends and can be difficult to reach by phone, as calls must go through the main store line. Since the change in pharmacy staff, the level of service has noticeably declined. There is often only one person working, resulting in consistently long wait times. Laura is the best! She helps me with all of my medications, gives information on what to expect, and helps me navigate the cost of different meds. She has called me before to tell me about different strategies to manage my medications and remembers me and my story, which I appreciate :)
