The *NEW* pharmacists Shivali and David are amazing, and genuinely care about their clients and their client's families. We followed this dynamic duo from Walmart to Indepedent and I am grateful we did. Shivali has taken so much time to help me better manage my senior parents medications, she is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and accommodating. Both Shivali and David go above and beyond what I ever would've expected and I can't say enough wonderful things about this pharmacy team. Thank you for all you do!
Exceptional service! I called with an urgent need, and they arranged a transfer from my home pharmacy promptly and without me having to get in the mix. My medicine was ready promptly and they called me to pick up. I am extremely happy with this pharmacy! Thank You
Used this pharmacy since it opened with no issues. On Feb.22 found the pharmacist unhelpful and abrupt. Will likely go somewhere else in the future.
