I visited the pharmacy at 820 Main St E, Milton inside Superstore to request a Vitamin B12 injection. I was told the pharmacist was not comfortable providing the injection because I did not have a file at this location. I explained that I could provide my health card and also gave my family doctor’s contact information so my records could be verified if needed. THE ABSOLUTE WORST PHARMACY ON THE ENTIRE PLANET. DO NOT CONTACT CUSTOMERS ADVISING THAT THE MEDS ARE READY IF THE ENTIRE ORDER IS NOT. MY COUSIN DROVE ALL THE WAY FROM GUELPH. DO NOT GET YOUR MEDS HERE. 7-11 can dispense meds better than you and they are NOT a pharmacy.
I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences with a pharmacy assistant named Cindy at the Loblaw Pharmacy in the Superstore (Milton). Each time I’ve interacted with her, she’s been noticeably rude, dismissive, and has an unpleasant attitude—making what should be a simple pharmacy visit unnecessarily stressful.
