Stay away from this pharmacy. I found the pharmacy manager Ms. Keji Odukoya to be incompetent and dishonest. Tries to conceal her mistakes. I think the College of Pharmacists of B.C. needs to look more closely into the professional credentials of this manager and do a more thorough review of her work experience & employment history. Why is she always switching jobs every year? Is she trying to run away from her mistakes at work before her mistakes catch up to her??? Go elsewhere.

Customer service has gone downhill since new manager started here. I am somewhat skeptical of the new pharmacy manager Ms. Keji Odukoya at the Richmond Superstore location. She seems defensive & agitated as if she knows she has made alot of mistakes. I have been a customer of the Superstore/Loblaw pharmacy in Richmond on No.3 Rd for about 10 years & got all my kids Epipen & other medications filled here. Very happy with the service until the store decided to implement a new system and got a new manager Ms. Keji Odukoya. I can see from the other negative reviews that I am not the only customer who has noticed problems with this pharmacy's customer service.
