Avoid this place for flu shots specially if you are trying to walk-in. They can’t even get the appointment done on time. We got there around 11:40am and they said 30 minutes wait, after 1 hour they still not calling us because they are trying to clear those with appointment first which they are behind as well. My point is, why are they taking walk-ins when they have a full schedule appointment that time, and made us wait for more than an hour and people with appointment is waiting as well. Asked the person in the pharmacy where pediasure was. It is usually in the pharmacy area but outside the counter. The woman I asked was likely an assistant. She kept saying “it’s right in front of my eyes”. I turned and looked. It want there. After repeating herself 3-4 times, she deigned to come out from behind the counter and took me and pointed to pedialyte. I said “that’s not it”. She said “it’s the same as pediasure”. I’d give zero stars if possible. Stopped using this pharmacy approx 1.5 years ago because of poor customer service, horrendous wait time to have something filled and too many instances of ordering over the phone and the script not being ready even the next day. Very recently I was contacted by thankfully an honest person who informed me, with proof, that they had merged my account with her son’s account and given her (the mother) my personal info. Frustrating to get prescriptions filled here. Every time I go in they are slammed busy and ask me to come back the next day, but I live out of town and it’s not a quick errand. Still, I understand they are busy and come back when I can. Now I have just had a prescription sitting for me for pickup for a couple weeks, and I go to get it and I got 20/90 prescribed pills. I will go elsewhere from now on. The pharmacists and helpers are lovely and kind though, so no complaints against the staff.
