Absolutely horrible staff my prescription was faxed to them 10am was told it would be ready at 4 go there only to find out they don't have it in stock and they need to call around to find it
Horrible customer service. Pills never ready on time. Drugs that are to be delivered aren't. I picked up scripts today that were to be delivered last night. I saw totes filled with what appeared to be bags of scripts. At least 5 rows of baskets stacked 5 high full of pills. They don't appear to be very organized nor concerned about people's health. Am changing pharmacy today
The pharmacist at this pharmacy is the worst no customer service always trying to stick her nose and things where isn’t her scope and when they make mistakes, they never make up for it. They lost one of my medication’s and they said because they made a mistake. I can’t get it. I had to go to my doctor and get it again. Over three years I was shorted medication at least four different times wrong labels and the pharmacist always arguing with me about things, but when I should pick it up, but it’s not ready that’s why I’ve lef... read more
This place used to be good now its Horribly staffed, no matter what you'll always have to wait longer then they say... Pharmacist says it's alright to pick up prescription after 5 when they're closed... medications are always on back order, could go on and on
