I went to buy medicine and asked a staff member named Sey for help. Instead of assisting me, she told me to look on the shelf myself. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional. I expected better customer service, especially in a pharmacy.
Every time I go to fill a prescription it is always the same we don't have any information of your prescription. Also the newest and most rudest girls that have to have some attitude for some unknown reason like tammy. Laugh and make fun of someone who is just there trying to pick something up and go about their day. Worst place to go I will not be going here again will be switching pharmacies.
I love my pharmacy!! The taller gentleman with glasses is always super nice to me every time i go there and always provides exceptional customer service! I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing a prescription filled.
Have the staff is rude and constantly does not run Rx’s through the insurance company properly and when I get there to pick up the Rx they seem surprised when I say I have 2 insurances so I should not have any owed. Takes more than 20 mins or days to sort out. Happens at least once a month.
Most of the pharmacists are rude. Mainly the older man with glasses is nice but the girls are usually rude for some reason. They also seem to be confused as to what I am picking up after clearly explaining it to them and act like they don't have what I came for when I know it was sent there. And the wait times are ridiculous even if the doc has sent it over to them weeks ahead of time. Horrible experience almost every time.
