Staff are overworked to the point of always being at least a little rude, and sometimes a lot more than that. Switched to an independent pharmacy and have not had an issue.
Busy pharmacy at this Superstore pharmacy on Kenaston and Grant with mostly great staff. BUT they seem disconnected from the online PC Health app that is supposed to help but can be frustrating. I am a senior on multiple meds and then I get an online notification saying some will expire and do I want to renew? Turns out the choices were over a year old and my doctor and I have moved on to other meds so why do they ask that? After over a year I’m asked to renew? Fantastic staff, never had a bad experience, any issues were always rectified swiftly. Miro in particular is amazing and knows a great deal about myself and family history to offer advice and guidance. Staff always goes above and beyond to fill prescriptions quickly and sort out and insurance issues, absolutely amazing
