Fantastic staff, never had a bad experience, any issues were always rectified swiftly. Miro in particular is amazing and knows a great deal about myself and family history to offer advice and guidance. Staff always goes above and beyond to fill prescriptions quickly and sort out and insurance issues, absolutely amazing
Extremely rude staff. Someone called to tell me there was a prescription ready for my son, I had no idea what it would’ve been, but I was hung up on while I was asking. Another time, dropped a prescription off, was told it would be ready the next day (no problem). Went back the next day and the person working said the prescription was “on file” but wasn’t requested to be filled….. I was then told it was as going to be 3 days. How lucky I am that this shitty pharmacy is close to my house. These losers won't call you back, they'll tell you your prescription will take half an hour so you wait... And it won't be done. So you'll leave, they'll call or send a message, and you'll go back 3 times and they won't have your prescription ready. Pure trash.
