Very poor customer service, multiple times prescriptions weren’t filled when asked to be filled. Long wait times. They are so rude and not helpful. They never give an accurate wait time.
Never particularly helpful. Don’t know where things are when you ask for help. And apparently they don’t do emergency prescription refills. With wait times for doctors appointments in BC, I definitely don’t recommend them if you can avoid it.
If they tell you 30 minutes expect to wait 2 hours. I don't mind waiting but they shouldn't have said only 30 minutes.
I dropped off my prescription yesterday and was told it would take 30 minutes, but I waited over an hour and a half. I also saw another customer facing the same issue.
