The staff has been great over the past five years. The systems they have to work with, like the phones, internet, my pharmacy etc. are terrible.
ALWAYS WRONG PRICES: they are heavily consistent with having the wrong price on the label. When you show them the price on the label is different than what's scanning you get told "not my problem". I would suggest not shopping here as they will lie about the prices and blame it on you. If you do shop pay attention to the prices as what you pay at checkout will be 20%-100% higher than the tags.
The older female pharmacist with an accent was BEYOND rude. I’m not going to get into it to keep anonymous but it was so unprofessional and disrespectful. As someone who works in healthcare, this is unacceptable and if I get the kind of demanding, unprofessional service again I will be filing a formal complaint. Get your staff to take patient communication training or go back to school.
