The older female pharmacist with an accent was BEYOND rude. I’m not going to get into it to keep anonymous but it was so unprofessional and disrespectful. As someone who works in healthcare, this is unacceptable and if I get the kind of demanding, unprofessional service again I will be filing a formal complaint. Get your staff to take patient communication training or go back to school.
Great staff, efficient and knowledgeable
Amazing customer service, very friendly staff and knowledgeable pharmacist! Nassim always takes the time to explain to me everything about my medications and is a very sweet lady! Wouldn't go anywhere else!
