7-3-2026 1:00PM Metrotown Pharmacy- I called to have my prescription refilled as my GP has until end of the month until he could see me. This pharmacist just straight ask me why I need it & say: "dont cancel appoitment again, ok" & hang up. Like she knows me personally (that I cancelled which I didn't) & as if she doesn't know how difficult to make appointments with busy GPs and the attitude in the voice was 🙄 I had a couple of rude interactions with their front staffs there, too. Disappointed is an understatement about this pharmacy. Went into get a knee brace/tensor. Provided my prescription. They said they dont fill knee brace prescriptions. What? Then said I just go get one off the shelf. So i explained its covered under FNHA/Pacific Blue Cross. They wouldn't even give me the time of day. Pharmacist said they dont take FNHA and go try Shoppers. Wow rude! Well Ive never come across any pharmacy that told me they dont do FNHA. And just to be so ignorant about it.
