Disappointed is an understatement about this pharmacy. Went into get a knee brace/tensor. Provided my prescription. They said they dont fill knee brace prescriptions. What? Then said I just go get one off the shelf. So i explained its covered under FNHA/Pacific Blue Cross. They wouldn't even give me the time of day. Pharmacist said they dont take FNHA and go try Shoppers. Wow rude! Well Ive never come across any pharmacy that told me they dont do FNHA. And just to be so ignorant about it. I purchased eye drops in June 2025, and once I opened the package and used them, I noticed they had expired in February 2025. I returned to the store to exchange them, only to find that the entire shelf was stocked with expired products—some dating back to July 2024, almost a year ago. The customer service team couldn’t clearly explain how this was allowed to happen. I came in around 9:45am today and the pharmacist this morning was extremely helpful. Houtan explained everything very thoroughly and helped me out tremendously!
