I purchased eye drops in June 2025, and once I opened the package and used them, I noticed they had expired in February 2025. I returned to the store to exchange them, only to find that the entire shelf was stocked with expired products—some dating back to July 2024, almost a year ago. The customer service team couldn’t clearly explain how this was allowed to happen. I came in around 9:45am today and the pharmacist this morning was extremely helpful. Houtan explained everything very thoroughly and helped me out tremendously!
I cannot express enough how terrible this pharmacy is! Prescriptions are never ready when they are supposed to be! The refill system is an absolute joke expecting me to come a week later to pick up my prescription! I can go on and on and on and on as to why I've switched to Rexall at station Square
Wow the worst experience EVER some people should not work in the medical field if you have no empathy or patience…… RAYMOND should find another job that make you happy
Just awful awful awful. It was my first experience with them and it will be the last time I go to this location.
