I was going to get my pills and the lady at the pharmacy was so rude and told me to when the pills. Are ready to get pick up they will call me and they don’t call me at all. So I call the River city medical lady took the paperwork to the pharmacy for me I just was not happy at the superstore pharmacy. I think I have to go somewhere else now

We have had several unprofessional encounters with the staff here. Being given the incorrect quantity of meds, being given documentation for other patient's prescriptions rather than our own, not having meds ready when they said they would etc. We have tried to address these concerns in person or on the phone and have been quickly dismissed each time. With their unwillingness to address their negligence, we will be changing pharmacies for our next prescription.
