Unprofessional. Rude. Doesn't understand how to fill prescriptions or speak to customers in duress. They do not care if you get the right meds. Even if your heading hours up north. They take no accountability and hang up on you. Abby was the worst. Id give negative stars if I could.
This is my first & last time at this location. My doctor prescribed me antibiotics & I clearly told him that I don't take capsules. He told me not to worry & said that pharmacy will give me Tablets. I went to pick up my meds & I was told to come back later as it wasn't ready. I came back in the evening & there was an old lady at the counter. I just saw capsules in the container & immediately told her that I CAN'T TAKE CAPSULES & she literally said "WHY NOT???" "I HAVE DIFFICULTY IN SWALLOWING, SO I ALWAYS TAKE TABLET FORM" I... read more
I will not deal at this pharmacy again. I was given a heads up they are bad with refills by my dr, I took it with a grain of salt until I tried to get prescription he sent in a week ago. Nothing on hand, every time I've gone something has gone wrong. Ill always strongly recommend not using this pharmacy to anyone I know.
