The worst pharmacy ever. They clearerely don't know how to do their job. It took them a few days to figure out how to get the medication that my doctor sent a presentation for. They even asked for my credit card information claiming that my insurance doesn't cover it. Eventually they said how the medication was discontinued but didn't even try to at least inform me about it.
Save your time and do not come here. Every single time I refill a prescription there is an issue of some sorts. I spoke with a girl on the phone who could not help me, then I spoke with Chris, not sure if he is a manager or a higher up of some sorts. Chris was constantly talking over me, I could barely get a word in and he was treating me like I was an idiot and extremely condescending. If I could give zero stars I would. Incredibly slow and useless service. My prescription was faxed yesterday and the person I spoke to could have told me the fax machines were down, but didn’t. So instead I wasted my time going in person (didn’t want to wait on hold again!) only to be told my prescription was never received due the previously mentioned issue. Will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere and recommending the same to anyone I know.
Staff are nice to deal with, but my issue is time frame filling a medication. My doctor only sends the pharmacy the paperwork, no longer provides me a copy. It takes over a week to get my medication. I understand they are busy, but maybe they need to take on an extra set of hands to help keep the turnaround faster than a week. I have moved all my medications elsewhere.
NEVER SHOP HERE. Worst pharmacy in the city. Rude unhelpful staff. Staff have no clue on the services they are supposed to provide. Waited over a week for my medication because they didn't have the generic on hand. When they finally called 10 days later they still only had the brand name and I had to pay the difference. They just want your money dont care about the customer at all. You'd be better off going literally anywhere else. NEVER SHOP HERE
