they always told you that your mail is ready to pickup at this time but when you arrive their they haven’t even ordered it yet. always need to go back and forth. staff is very rude. not professional at all. one person will say that it will be ready by 5:00pm today and when u go their they don’t know anything about it. worst service ever
Horrible service from the pharmacy, 3 trips in and I keep getting told it’s ready but the pharmacist has to look it over.. for 3 days now… these meds are for my 82 year old grand father! My first attempt I was polite and agreed to come back “tomorrow” even though I was a little irate that both the employee up front and the pharmacist was in the back office were clearly playing on their cell phones.
