Called early afternoon to see if they had my son’s medication as he is allergic to the main one and needs a special prescription they said yes they had it in stock and it would be ready for pickup in 30 minutes. They then waited until my partner went to pick up the prescriptions to tell me they don’t have it. Obviously upset about this they decided to hang up on me and not give me the location where they were going to send my sons prescription. Terrible service, especially since Melanie and Sean are no longer there. More times than not, my meds were short. They blamed it on the scale. I wonder how many other people have been shorted on their meds? Some of the new staff working there can't spell a simple last name, can't enter a date of birth, or can't find a prescription if it was dangling in their faces. Received emails for meds that weren't even ready. Asked the Pharmacist directly for redundant prescriptions to be taken off my account to make using the horrible ... read more
Med errors and poor communication, dangerous imo.
I like that I can get my prescriptions there and their staff is always helpful and pleasant.
