Booked a medical assessment for 6:15, arrive and they tell me the department that does assessments closes at 6… why is that an option then
I visited the pharmacy in the evening to ask for advice regarding a minor burn on my finger caused by a hot oven element. I was simply looking for recommendations on how to properly clean and cover the injury to prevent infection, especially since I work with food and people. Unfortunately, I did not receive any helpful guidance. The interaction felt dismissive, and I was told to “look it up myself” instead of being provided with basic product recommendations or options for wound care. Here on a Sunday waiting for the pharmacy to open which says it is at 10am both online and in the store. I find an associate at 10:12am who looks into it and it's not open until 12pm for some unknown reason. No sign, nothing. There's a senior citizen waiting for diabetes medication, she took a taxi. No one can open anything that's locked up for no reason (cortisone Creme). It's an absolute joke. Called the manager, no answer. Asked for the manager, they wouldn't come. Absolutely terrible location.
The lady at the pharmacy was very helpful and contacted my pharmacy to get my prescriptions for me. She was able to fill out all of my prescriptions with no problems. She was very helpful, patient friendly and pleasant. I would go there again if I had to
