The pharmacy team at Superstore in Westhills is amazing. My daughter has multiple prescriptions so I am there often and sometimes have to make requests on short notice if we find ourselves running short. They always do their best to accommodate.
Officially hopping on the boycott Loblaw bandwagon. Booked an appointment for a minor illness assessment at 1pm. Got there at 12:45 to check in, was told to just wait. I waited almost an hour, before I gave up and went back up to ask if I should just come back later. Just for the pharmacy assistant to tell me “Oh ya, so the pharmacist on duty today isn’t a prescribing pharmacist, so come back next week”. How about you tell me that when I check in? I've never had any issues with my prescriptions. The employees are busy and I treat them with respect.
