The manager who work at cashier was very rude. He ignored me when I asked question.
Terrible customer service. The pharmacist seemed untrained and unhelpful. I’ve already submitted a complaint.
Worst pharmacy ever!!! They make customers wait 20–30 minutes for their medication, and only start processing it once the 30 minutes are up. Then there are still issues, so you end up waiting even more minutes. They even give excuses like it’s a different brand or something, when in reality it wasn’t really taken care of. You should add more pharmacists or replace them. Your staff are lazy.
Very much impressed with the latest staff in the Pharmacy 10/10 deliver to my door when I am sick. They have gone over and above to make sure I have what I need when I need. As an older woman- it sure is nice to be helped promptly with friendly staff from counter to door. Thank you moved pharmacies due too items forgotten and not sent out for delivery.
Avoid at all costs!!!! They messed up my prescription and blamed my doctor on it. They were incredibly rude and incompetent. It will cost you your health.
