Lack of response to calls for placing medication orders/confirming faxed orders. Prescriptions not filled on time/no call informing when a prescription is filled. The service is severely lacking at this pharmacy and I highly recommend anyone with serious health complications or require special medications to avoid this location. Save yourself the frustration and stress.
They never answer their calls. They need to hire someone specifically to answer calls. All other pharmacies answer their calls have medications done within a reasonable amount of time. It’s concerning the lack of communication. How can they run like this? Why are they allowed to function like this?
Please find another pharmacy to go to. Dropped off a prescription and I was told to pick it up at a certain time. When I showed up they told me they didn’t know how to make it and that I need to go somewhere else. Zero stars*
Always under staffed. They dont make your prescription until you call them (when prescription is faxed to them) but they never answer the phone. I always have to make two trips for a single prescription. It takes over 4 hours to get a prescription if you say it urgent and need the same day.
