They never answer their calls. They need to hire someone specifically to answer calls. All other pharmacies answer their calls have medications done within a reasonable amount of time. It’s concerning the lack of communication. How can they run like this? Why are they allowed to function like this?

Please find another pharmacy to go to. Dropped off a prescription and I was told to pick it up at a certain time. When I showed up they told me they didn’t know how to make it and that I need to go somewhere else. Zero stars*

Always under staffed. They dont make your prescription until you call them (when prescription is faxed to them) but they never answer the phone. I always have to make two trips for a single prescription. It takes over 4 hours to get a prescription if you say it urgent and need the same day.

I went in to ask the pharmacist about redness in the eye on Saturday. The male pharmacist didn’t even check or ask any basic questions like whether there was pain, itchiness, or discharge. Instead, he immediately said to go see a doctor. I understand if it was something outside of his scope, but pharmacists in BC can prescribe for minor ailments and at the very least recommend an over-the-counter option. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive any guidance or support, which was very disappointing.
