The older male pharmacist rude and abrupt. Speaks to you like you are bothering them. It’s your job if you don’t like it then go somewhere else. Like it said in all other reviews. Have to call every time for the prescription to be filled and never answer call. I’m on hold for more than 10 mins every time. Even now as we speak.

They never answer their calls. They need to hire someone specifically to handle calls. All other pharmacies answer calls promptly and have medications ready within a reasonable time frame. The lack of communication is concerning. How can they operate like this? Why are they allowed to function in this manner? To the owners, this is a profit-making organization. They don’t make your prescription when the doctor faxes it so you have to call in but they NEVER answer the phone. Such a waste of time to have to drive over, tell them the doctor faxed the prescription and then they make you come back because they never have anything prepared. Seriously the worst service. Occasionally there will be someone knowledgeable ringing in the orders but I would avoid this pharmacy if you could. Way better options with the same dispensing fee close by.
