I'm new to the area. I already stopped shopping at this superstore because of issues. Now I stopped my prescriptions at the superstore. Every other Superstore will request refills from a doctor. This one will not. They lost my business.
My friend just moved to Chester this day and ended up in emergency with kidney stones. He doesn’t drive so I came down from Dartmouth. He needed a few prescriptions filled before I headed back (we were expecting a lot of rain) I asked the lady how long and she had said a couple of hours. I told her our dilemma and asked if there was any way we could get them a bit quicker. She literally just handed me back the prescriptions. Nothing said. So rude and unprofessional.
There is only one helpful person at this pharmacy. They are unhelpful and down right rude. I’m not sure other than pc points why anyone would use this location. Shamefully horrible
With everything going wrong that could have went wrong, (dr didn't call in, then kiddo not set up in the system-i forgot, then insurance being a pain) They were friendly and offer advise on how to get things moving.
