Having been there for about 18 years, I had to switch to another pharmacy's last Wed. A new young female assistant always made mistakes, and the last straw was Todd, pharmacist, who was impatient and mocking me to other staff if they understood what I said. So unprofessional behaviour. He prescribed me a new insulin Trurapi without giving me a new cartridge and explanation. Only to find out I cannot use insulins with my 13 years Novolin pen to inject. I have been going to this pharmacy for two years, I’m not really sure why because 9/10 times I would go to pick up my prescription, something would either be incorrect (coverage, dosage, brand etc) or it wouldn’t be ready even though I called the day/days before. I understand that it’s a very busy pharmacy, and everyone is entitled to their bad days, but they finally lost me as a customer today. Bob and some other staff taking temper out on customers on phone Asks what name is, soI give first name then bob asks what my first name is and I repeated he did not like and he hang up I call back and a female answer , snarky as well Called manager of store to put a complaint on the pharmacy staff I don’t take bad attitude, to much of it out there these days Represent your company and be better at customer relations Sept 10/25
We have dealt with Superstore for years for ourselves..We took on caring for our 99 year old Aunt 4 years ago and moved her into our home ..so to make it easier we transferred all her blister pack medication to Superstore .....What a mistake that was ......We kept trying to give them the opportunity to correct all the mistakes and get her meds to her on time...In the last year they can't seem to get anything right ...I have asked them to deliver the meds a week early so she wouldn't run out due to all their mistakes...she is... read more
