Condescending and super rude pharmacist, wow shocking ! Sorry I didn’t get his name.
Having been there for about 18 years, I had to switch to another pharmacy's last Wed. A new young female assistant always made mistakes, and the last straw was Todd, pharmacist, who was impatient and mocking me to other staff if they understood what I said. So unprofessional behaviour. He prescribed me a new insulin Trurapi without giving me a new cartridge and explanation. Only to find out I cannot use insulins with my 13 years Novolin pen to inject. I have been going to this pharmacy for two years, I’m not really sure why because 9/10 times I would go to pick up my prescription, something would either be incorrect (coverage, dosage, brand etc) or it wouldn’t be ready even though I called the day/days before. I understand that it’s a very busy pharmacy, and everyone is entitled to their bad days, but they finally lost me as a customer today.
