Charger 1.- Hacer check in en vigilancia y de ahí rodeas la nave industrial hasta que encuentres un puente peatonal PUERTA 21 , ahí hay un letrero de receiving 2.- La Srita muy amablememte te asigna cortina en esa misma nave . TRAE COPIA DE TU BOL

I had a very disappointing experience with the new security team at Loblaws. Unfortunately, they do not seem to listen to instructions or take concerns seriously. On multiple occasions, I found them unwilling to assist or take initiative when help was clearly needed. Customer service and professionalism appear to be lacking, and there is a noticeable gap in communication and accountability. Very poor experience. There is no respect shown for truck drivers. The check-in process at the receiving office is extremely inefficient. Drivers are asked to return to the office multiple times (3–4) before their paperwork is even accepted. I waited over 2 hours just to complete the check-in process. This level of disorganization and lack of consideration for drivers’ time is unacceptable.
