I am a long-time customer, and I think Loblaws needs to be more transparent about the PC Optimum program. Many shoppers assume they earn points here the same way as at No Frills, Superstore, or Shoppers, but that’s not actually the case. Unless there are specific offers or you use a PC Financial Mastercard, you don’t earn regular points. This is confusing and feels misleading. I have applied for entry-level positions 3 times with Loblaw Companies Limited and have been rejected each time with an immediate, generic email and absolutely no reason or feedback provided.
