Very poor customer care loyalty program for points. Someone tried logging into my profile. The system locked me out as my password wasnt working. I managed to change it the first time, but now I cant get into my account. I have been using the loyalty program for many years. Loyalty customer care team is horrible at resolving account issues. I cannot reset my password and dont have access to my points. Its the whole reason I shop there because I can accumulate and use points and rewards. Very unhappy customer
