Terrible Experience with This HOA The LOBERO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION have been a complete disappointment. They are unresponsive to residents’ concerns, and communication is always a struggle. When issues are raised, the board often ignores them or offers vague, unhelpful responses. The rules are overly strict and inconsistently enforced, leading to unnecessary fines for minor infractions. Incompetent H.O.A, preferential treatment for home owners vs renters. Vandalism, drug activity and ZERO consideration for the youth, elderly during the Summer when the heat is exhausting to open the pool as it should be. Not even pool keys were provided to me after my landlord has called H.O.A a multitude of times for the pool in the one year I living there there for my family to attend.
