Shady company, partners with shady car lots , do not deal with this lender! Read the reviews pretty much same thing happen to me. All my payments were up to date when car stop working. I only had 3 weeks before It was put in the shop the specialist couldnt find the problem. They tried to pick the car up from the shop and I had never reported it was there! They already knew they were getting that car back 6 years later I’m being garnished for 14,000. Please don’t spend your hard earned money here
Just paid off my loan. Please be wary reading other reviews. This is a loan company that primarily offers loans for those with poor to fair credit or those with repossessions on their record. If you do not pay your loan, they will take your car. I'm not sure where the idea that they will tow you if 1 day late stems from. They do not have an autopay option and I've definitely forgotten about my payment and been late once or twice. They will call you and give you like 10 days before even applying a late fee. Basically just straight up criminal behavior, I’ll let the other reviews stand as my evidence
I had a car loan with this place from 2015, I was less then 30 days late and they repoed the car and charged me 4 times the amount and I’m sure they sold it and got the money are even more, they have been garnishing my wages for years and still to this date with fees increasing, I’m interested in filing a lawsuit and with all the complaints I see this company has they have to be doing fraudulent business.
