Overcharging associations!! Get quoted one price get a different price when it was done over $4,000 above what was quoted. This firm has real become all about the billing hours since Mark Hanson has retired. Disappointing.

Moved into a new neighborhood and the HOA company wouldn't respond to us due to an issue we had where we weren't receiving our mail for months. Calls weren't returned and neither were emails. Now this company Lobeck & Hanson is trying to collect $990 as bullies without any consideration for mail issues we experienced. How do these lawyers live with themselves where they charge hundreds of dollars and threaten to place a lien on our new property where we didn't get many of their communications. Sad sad company.
