Worst service ever. We stayed at the MGM for 5 days/nights. I loved that this bar is by the entrance of the elevators. This bar is sad for being an MGM. Almost all the tables were dirty with old drinks. It took over 15 minutes for anyone to take our drink orders. My husband had to walk over the bar area to get someone to help us. The man at the bar is so rude. All I wanted were napkins and he got angry that he was doing something at the moment. Drinks were watered down. Never again.
Went here early morning for a drink and coffee. Good ambiance with friendly staff. Sat at the bar and was promptly served & was asked several times if I needed anything else. When my friend arrived he was immediately helped as well. They have a few tv on as well as some music 🎶 which set the right mood.
Sad bar for being an MGM Grand bar. Almost all the tables were dirty with drinks and garbage. Only two tables had people sitting at them. It took over 15 minutes for anyone to take my drink order. Then I was told they were completely out of Sauvignon Blanc. I won't be back.
Great cocktails, comfortable seats, relaxing vibe, and outstanding service. We were stopping by this bar every night before going to bed during our stay at MGM Grand.
