Jen is amazing host
Cindy was a GREAT bartender. We had a good time.
There is one bar tender in the night time. She is rudest person I have seen in vegas I think mgm grand should think about it. Because it goes directly to mgm. I will think twice to come to mgm. And after still I don’t come even If I come I will never go to that bar. I know it will not effect mgm but later on it will specially for the bar. If there is review under one star I will give it to them.
Angelica, the waitress on the night shift, is very rude—as is the entire staff, who display a complete lack of interest whenever they hear customers speaking Spanish, even if requests are made to them in English. I ordered a cocktail that was completely tasteless; she claimed I had ordered a non-alcoholic version—which was not the case—and I actually had to take the drink up to the bar to show her exactly what I had ordered.
