Great selection of laminates, installation very professional.
We are looking for flooring and trying to help local small businesses. Stopped by and building had sign lite saying OPEN. So I walked in and stood for about 10 minutes and no one ever came to the show room. I called there phone number and it rung 2 times and went to voicemail. Needless to say I will not be buying from here. Waited 10 min and never got welcomed or seen. Glad I am honest or I could have had alot of free items.
This company does excellent work when they are present. If/when they are contacted about completing projects they’ve already started, they fail to respond to customers within a reasonable amount of time. I’ve even had to go out of my way to call the company from a different number just to get an answer. I experienced Mr. Jerry accidentally breaking an object in my home that had nothing to do with the flooring project. He verbally agreed to replace it but would never follow up.
