Favorite cookies n’ cream ever but the servers at this location seemed like they did not want to be there - their unfriendliness did not match the charm of the place. AND the ice cream is pricey. I got a single scoop in a cone, and the cone was hollow - the ice cream rested on top. The San Leandro Marina location is way better - friendly staff and generous scoops.

Am old fashioned ice cream bar. Delicious flavors, always clean and bright, friendly.
First time eating at a Loard's location. I was very impressed with the ice cream but more over the customer service was fast and friendly. It was such a nice to stop to such a hectic day. My wife and I were able to have a nice time just to catch our breath. We will definitely be back to this location yeat another 10/10 business in my book.
The ice cream and service is worth the price! Cute eating area and good music. Parking can be difficult.
