Not Worth It! San Leandro location is 100% better. The milkshake was liquidy and they didn’t mention until after that there were multiple thickness options. Price point is too high for what I got. Only going to the San Leandro location from now on, they have better pricing and better product.

You charge way too much for a sundae!!! I took my mom for ice cream and we were both shocked at the cost of a sundae. We walked out. You guys are a joke and a rip off. Hopefully people will see my review and stop going to Loard's to force you to lower your prices. It's outrageous. This is not because of tariffs. Our reaction was " Lord, that's expensive! No pun intended
