Went to make my last payment and was told I needed to pay half in cash even though I've paid off my other loans with my debit card. Then they said it's always been their policy even though I paid off my other last payments with my card. Then they blamed it on the previous manager who was very likeable. The two women in there now we're very rude and when I told them they would lose customers with their attitude, I was told, "So what?".
