This was by far the worst front office experience I have ever dealt with at a doctor’s office. I called to schedule my annual appointment and was told the earliest availability was September — completely unacceptable for an established patient trying to stay on top of preventative care. Do not come here if your insurance is tricare!! I Ask Dr. tran to give me a referral my son for speech therapy and she handed me a paper knowing thats not common for me I still accepted it. She sounded confused as to why I need to have a referral for my son to go to speech therapy, as well as in the comments of said referral she mentioned my son was 10 which he is not. I tried to cancel my appointment because the wait to see the doctor was too long, and I’ve decided to switch providers. After being on hold for a while, the call ended without speaking to anyone. It’s frustrating to deal with this kind of communication, especially when you're just trying to do the right thing. I expected better from a medical office.

As busy as Dr. Tran is in her schedule, she was able to take some time to have a zoom call to diagnose my issue. Provided me prescription drugs for my arm. All was good.
