I tried to cancel my appointment because the wait to see the doctor was too long, and I’ve decided to switch providers. After being on hold for a while, the call ended without speaking to anyone. It’s frustrating to deal with this kind of communication, especially when you're just trying to do the right thing. I expected better from a medical office.
As busy as Dr. Tran is in her schedule, she was able to take some time to have a zoom call to diagnose my issue. Provided me prescription drugs for my arm. All was good.

I’m not even sure how that office has more than 3 stars!! I had a terrible experience with this physician and their office. I called 10 times just to get an update on my blood work, but no one ever answered, or I was put on hold for so long that they eventually hung up. When I finally got through, I was told that someone had physically brought my blood work to the office with a note to call me—yet I never received a call.
