They talked to me like a human being, many other loan officers I spoke to else where spoke in a way like I should know every detail about a loan process already.
Had such a wonderful experience especially for it being my first time buying. Home. Tiffany was wonderful! She was there every step of the way no matter time or day. She always answered my question to the best of her ability and if she wasn’t sure, she found a way to get the answer! LoanDepot has made my home buying process a great experience and for that, I’m thankful!
