I enjoyed my experience with loanDepot. We were able to close on time, while on a shortened timeline. Warren & team did a great job. Would definitely recommend!
If I could give him a minus I would I talked with the gentleman and promised the world the next day I called him and said we were not going to go through with it but he totally ignored me took my down payment took money for appraisal ECT. Listed themself as lienholder. Promised me a refund in 7 to 10 days. Time is up and then some. Still no refund. I would not recommend them.
Mark has been very thorough and detailed in helping us throughout our loan process. We are very happy that we decided to call loanDepot with our purchase. He has been truly instrumental in helping us with our needs and concerns that we have had.
