Quick and easy process with an excellent loan officer.
S. Williams was amazing to work with! She made the whole process bearable.
I started the process 2 1/2 months ago. I was passed around and pushed off and went through 5 different people. I am now only 10 days from closing and dont know where I sit with my loan. I was given a new guy on Thursay/Friday last week and he has since emailed me. I am not happy with the customer service I have received so far. It is a shame that someone would go through this and is at risk of ending up homeless!
