This company is a joke! Obviously you can tell from their reviews that they are definitely only in it for themselves! Very poor customer service I called to get PMI removed from my account due to the market value of the properties and they want me to spend $775 on an appraisal of their choosing. Y’all broke your promise . You said customers would all be first. I choose another company because your best offer didn’t come first but rather last after I had received a lot better offer. Trouble is you still haven’t released my files to the new lender and caused me to miss my Christmas deadline. We requested 3 or 4 times. Well here’s my review of your company.
Bret Cohn is great! This was the third time I have had the pleasure of working with him and the Loan Depot team. Every question was always promptly answered and thoroughly explained. Bret was always available to be reached if i needed to. The process has become so streamlined that the effort needed to submit or take care of any needed documents is easy. Highly recommend Bret and his team. You will not be disappointed!!
Horrible experience, tons of misinformation, poor communication. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It felt like they were learning the process while doing it. It took almost 2 months to close. None of the things they said they would do happened, none of the time lines were met. I made numerous phone calls and the agent would say they would call me right back or they haven’t forget to call me but never called back. I recommend going with a more established company.
Very easy to work with, especially after the last company I was using, Brenda is very professional and I highly recommend.
