Was an extreme pain to get our loan refinanced using this company, tons of delays, miscommunication, and constantly changing closing costs. I was also promised over and over that they would never sell our loan to another servicer. Well, guess what happened after 2 years? They sold our loan to Chase and now its another headache trying to get set up over there!

Beware save all phone calls And emails they will send you in circles. I have been trying for growing on 7 months trying to just get info to pay my deceased grandmothers house and they won't even tell me how much to pay or what she owed. I have been back and forth with them sent in several documents did everything asked and still nothing, at this point I feel they are trying to take the house from under me and I don't understand why they would take advantage of people in that way
